All sales are final. Because our products are personal-use items (worn or handled close to the body), we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect choice once an order has been placed and shipped.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, please contact us at emdemedic@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We'll review your case and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate. Please keep all original packaging until your issue is resolved.

This policy does not affect any rights you may have under the consumer protection laws of your country.
